Report an Issue

Please review the Known Issues report before reporting a new issue.

Maintenance Window: Occur monthly and typically last 1-2 hours between 11:00 pm – 5:00 am EST/EDT. If a service interruption is expected, it’s typically less than 2 minutes (in most cases, less than 30 seconds) and we will notify the affected customers via our automated Maintenance & Security Updates notification system.

Critical Updates: These are automatically scheduled for patches that are security and durability related. Based on the severity and impact of the update, we will fast-track testing & implementation across our global infrastructure. In some cases, we might only provide customers with several days notice about requiring an emergency maintenance window. Such patching occurs infrequently and should seldom require more than a fraction of the allocated maintenance window.
