Refund in First 30 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with our E-mail and Web Hosting services, and you notify us in writing (either via your BEZA Client Area or by submitting a Ticket) prior to your first 30 days of service that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take 5-15 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact BEZA Billing Team.
Setup Fees are refundable ONLY for the following reasons:
– You canceled the account order prior to activation
Overage Fees are nonrefundable and will be due at the time of service termination.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, domain name registration, and Web Design services, Website Maintenance services, Web Security and/or SSL Certificates.
Refund Policy for Renewals
Charges for the renewal of any BEZA services will be refunded if written notification (either via your BEZA Client Area or by submitting a Ticket) is received no later than the tenth day following the renewal date. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after the grace period.
Setup Fees are non-refundable.
Overage Fees are non-refundable. At the time of cancellation, you will be responsible for any overage incurred based on actual usage from the first of the month until the date you requested the service termination. Overage fees only stop after you successfully terminate a service (either via your BEZA Client Area or by submitting a Ticket).
Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account or via your BEZA Client Area account.
For your account security, all account cancellation requests will go through security verification to authenticate the validity of the request.
Domain name registration fees are non-refundable.
If you wish not to renew a domain name, you must disable the Domain Name “auto-renewal” via the BEZA Client Area. prior to the domain renewal date.
No Transfer of Funds Between Accounts
BEZA.NET does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.
Contact and Billing Information
It is customer’s responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on file. BEZA.NET will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided in your BEZA Client Area.
Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the BEZA.NET Billing Team and/or an authorized 3rd party collection agency will continue collection efforts.
