Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance:

Server Clusters Maintenance Window

Maintenance Window Date:
Saturday, September 01, 2018

Maintenance Window Time:
04:00 am – 05:00 am UTC

Maintenance Window Details:

Our engineers will be upgrading and performing optimization on various Server Clusters to better serve you, our customer. Whilst we are continuously optimizing our infrastructure, this maintenance window will require a brief interruption to your BEZA services of about 5-15 minutes. This maintenance window is scheduled during off-peak hours to reduce any impact.

We’re adding an additional 300% of CPU and Memory processing capacity to each server node in our Server Clusters. This is possible through newly added spare capacity and the advanced optimization benefits we’ve been testing for the past 3 months. Post upgrade, you will benefit from this increased performance capacity across all of your BEZA hosted services.

If you have any questions or concerns about this maintenance window, please contact us and we’ll gladly answer any questions or concerns.

Critical Updates: These are automatically scheduled for patches that are security and durability related. Based on the severity and impact of the update, we will fast-track testing & implementation across our global infrastructure. In some cases, we might only provide customers with several days notice about requiring an emergency maintenance window. Such patching occurs infrequently and should seldom require more than a fraction of the allocated maintenance window.

Maintenance Window: Typically last about 5 – 15 minutes between 11:00 pm – 5:00 am. If a service interruption is expected, we will notify the affected customers via our automated Maintenance & Security Updates notification system.
